Yuzu Negroni

Stir over ice, strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Orange twist.

Gin du Mont Blanc
or any French London Dry
1 oz
Gentiane des Pères Chartreux
substitute Salers or Suze
0.75 oz
Yuzu liqueur
bright citrus, floral bitterness
0.5 oz
Verjus français
unfermented grape, dry acidity
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add gin, Gentiane des Pères Chartreux, yuzu liqueur, and verjus.
Stir for 10–12 seconds (20 revolutions).
Strain into a coupe or rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange twist, expressed and draped over the rim.
